The Blackbaud Business Continuity Team is working non-stop to ensure we’re addressing the health and safety of our employees and their families, our social responsibility as a community leader, and the success of our customers. Most importantly, your safety and ongoing success is our top priority. As you implement emergency plans across campus, we’ve listed out several tactics to consider:
- For many, events are still moving forward as planned. If you choose to forego your in-person event, there are many options available to institutions in this digital age. Leverage these event and fundraising resources.
- Visit the Blackbaud (Customer) Community to virtually collaborate – we are all facing similar challenges and learning from one another can help us collectively overcome them.
- Your Blackbaud training education doesn’t have to stop today – we have taken the precautionary step to move all Blackbaud-customer classes and private trainings to a virtual format through the end of April. If you have any questions, please chat or email Blackbaud University’s Training Help Team.
