- Spending less time with data and more time with alumni and donors. Their gift officers’ favorite Raiser’s Edge NXT capability? The smartphone voice-to-text feature! Kelly shares how this tool allows their gift officers to enter their call reports and keep the data up-to-date by easily updating records while on the go. The mapping feature has helped makes trip planning much easier and, if needed, gift officers can easily find additional prospect visits to fill in on a trip.
- Increasing qualified prospects. With the help of Raiser’s Edge NXT’s automated processes and the aid of screening services, Kelly describes that Grinnell College gift officers have been able to increase qualification visits by 38% and increase qualified prospects by 44%.
